Returns & Exchanges Policy
نسعى في متجر نسمات الشرق إلى تقديم تجربة تسوق موثوقة ومميزة، ونحرص على توضيح إجراءات الاستبدال والاسترجاع بما يحفظ حقوق عملائنا وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.
At Nasamat Alsharq, we strive to provide a reliable and exceptional shopping experience. Our return and exchange policy is designed to ensure transparency and protect customer rights in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabian laws and regulations.
1. مدة الاستبدال والاسترجاع
Return & Exchange Period
يحق للعميل طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام، وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها. كما يمكن طلب استبدال المنتج خلال المدة نفسها، وفق شروط المتجر وتوفر المنتج البديل.
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to applicable laws. Exchanges may also be requested within the same period, subject to store conditions and product availability.
2. شروط الاستبدال والاسترجاع
Return & Exchange Conditions
يُشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، وغير مستخدم، مع المحافظة على العبوة والتغليف الأصلي وجميع الملحقات. وتخضع المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة للمراجعة وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها، دون الإخلال بحقوق العميل في حالات العيوب أو عدم مطابقة المنتج.
Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging and all accessories. Opened or used products are subject to review in accordance with applicable laws, without affecting customer rights in cases of defects or non-conformity.
3. المنتجات التالفة أو غير المطابقة
Damaged or Incorrect Products
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو معيب أو مختلف عن الطلب، يُرجى التواصل مع خدمة العملاء وتزويدنا برقم الطلب وتفاصيل المشكلة، مع إرفاق صور توضيحية إن أمكن. ويتحمل المتجر تكاليف الشحن اللازمة لمعالجة الأخطاء التي تقع من جانبه، مع توفير الحل المناسب وفق الحقوق النظامية.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the issue, including supporting photos if available. The store will cover the shipping costs necessary to resolve errors attributable to the store and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
4. تكاليف الشحن والإرجاع
Shipping & Return Fees
عند طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بسبب تغيير رغبة العميل، يتحمل العميل التكاليف المترتبة على الطلب وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها. أما في حال وجود عيب في المنتج أو خطأ يتحمل المتجر مسؤوليته، فيتحمل المتجر تكاليف الشحن اللازمة لمعالجة الحالة.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for applicable costs in accordance with relevant laws. If the product is defective or an error is attributable to the store, the store will cover the necessary shipping costs.
5. إلغاء الطلب أو عدم استلام الشحنة
Order Cancellation & Failed Delivery
في حال رغبة العميل في إلغاء الطلب أو رفض استلام الشحنة دون وجود خطأ من المتجر، تتم مراجعة حالة الطلب وتكاليف الشحن المترتبة عليه. ويجوز خصم التكاليف المستحقة نظامًا من المبلغ المسترد، بما لا يتجاوز التكاليف الفعلية.
تبلغ رسوم الشحن المعتمدة 24 ريالًا داخل المملكة العربية السعودية و51 ريالًا للشحن الدولي. وقد تختلف تكاليف إعادة الشحنات بحسب الدولة وشركة الشحن، مع مراعاة حقوق العميل النظامية.
If a customer cancels an order or refuses delivery for reasons not attributable to the store, applicable shipping costs will be reviewed. Legally permissible costs may be deducted from the refund, provided they do not exceed the actual costs incurred.
The standard shipping fees are 24 for domestic shipments within Saudi Arabia and 51 for international shipments. Return shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and carrier, subject to applicable consumer rights.
6. الطلبات الدولية
International Orders
تخضع الطلبات المشحونة خارج المملكة العربية السعودية لشروط شركات الشحن والأنظمة المعمول بها في وجهة التسليم. وقد تختلف إمكانية الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع بحسب الدولة وطبيعة الشحنة، مع المحافظة على حقوق العميل النظامية في حالات العيوب أو المنتجات غير المطابقة.
International orders are subject to carrier requirements and applicable regulations in the destination country. Return and exchange availability may vary depending on the destination and shipment conditions, without affecting applicable customer rights in cases of defective or incorrect products.
7. استرداد المبالغ المالية
Refund Processing
تستغرق عملية استرداد المبالغ المالية عادةً من 7 إلى 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام المنتج المرتجع والموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع، مع مراعاة المدد والحقوق المقررة نظامًا.
تُعاد المبالغ عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية متى كان ذلك متاحًا، بما في ذلك تابي وتمارا وSTC Pay، وفق إجراءات مزود خدمة الدفع.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned product is received and the return request is approved, subject to applicable statutory deadlines and consumer rights.
Refunds are issued through the original payment method whenever available, including Tabby, Tamara, and STC Pay, subject to the payment provider's procedures.
8. مدة استرجاع الشحنات
Return Shipment Processing Time
تستغرق عملية استرجاع المنتجات بواسطة شركة الشحن عادةً من 3 إلى 8 أيام عمل، وقد تختلف المدة حسب موقع العميل وإجراءات شركة الشحن.
Return shipments typically take 3 to 8 business days, depending on the customer's location and the shipping carrier's procedures.
9. إلغاء الطلب من قبل المتجر
Order Cancellation by the Store
يحق للمتجر إلغاء الطلب في حال عدم توفر المنتج أو وجود مشكلة تقنية تمنع تنفيذ الطلب، مع إشعار العميل وإعادة كامل المبلغ المدفوع وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها.
The store reserves the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a technical issue prevents order fulfillment. In such cases, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be issued in accordance with applicable laws.

أحكام عامة
تُطبق هذه السياسة بما لا يتعارض مع الحقوق المكفولة للمستهلك بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

This policy applies without prejudice to consumer rights guaranteed under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
